How To Order
Two steps in the order window — send your details first, then pay securely on PayPal.
Step 1 — Send Your Details
Tap Order on any mask, set or gloves and send the order form — it opens in your email, addressed to us, already filled in with your size and details.
Step 2 — Pay On PayPal
Use the PayPal button for that exact piece. Choose your quantity (1–5) on the PayPal page — the flat $30 shipping is added there, once per order.
Production Starts
Production starts after your payment clears. Pay with a PayPal account, Apple Pay, Venmo, Pay Later, or a card as a guest — no PayPal account is needed to pay by card.
Made & Shipped
Your piece is custom-made (about 15 working days), then shipped to your door with tracking sent to your email.

How To Wear Your Mask
- Put on the included sweat-proof inner face mask first.
- Hold the shell with both hands and place it over your face, settling it until your eyes line up with the lenses.
- Snap the lenses on — they attach with magnets and lift off the same way.
Get The Right Size
Measure around your head at forehead level before ordering, and pick the size range shown on the product. Between sizes or unsure? Message us first at bengalibhaispidy@gmail.com.
If It Feels Loose
Add the included foam padding inside the shell at the forehead and cheeks until it sits snug and steady.
If It Feels Tight
Remove padding first. Still tight? You need the larger size — a shell should feel firm, never painful.
Good To Know
A light adhesive smell can be present when your mask arrives — air it out for 1–2 days. Minor imperfections are normal on handmade pieces.

Gloves are free size. Between sizes? Send us your exact measurement in the order notes and we will confirm the best fit before production.
Production & Delivery Times
- Production: every mask kit and set is custom-made to order — about 15 working days on average before dispatch.
- Fulfilment window: orders take 10–15 working days on average to be fulfilled before they ship.
- Delivery: about 2 weeks for most destinations once dispatched (10–15 business days depending on country or region).
- Tracking: appears 1–3 working days after dispatch and is sent to you by email and/or text.
- Times can vary with holidays and events outside our control.
Store Policies
Shipping Policy
The Humble Studio ships worldwide for a flat $30 shipping fee per order, wherever you are. The $30 fee is added on the PayPal payment page, once per order.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when you order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is custom-made to order for your size, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your item arrives with a quality problem, damage, or is lost in transit, contact us at bengalibhaispidy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue, and we will make it right under the maker's quality policy. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be compensated.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible, before production begins on your piece. A cancellation made before production is refunded minus a 15% processing fee, calculated on the item price excluding shipping.

All prices are in USD, plus a flat $30 shipping fee per order. Product photos show the finished piece you will receive; small hand-finishing details may vary slightly from piece to piece because each one is made individually.
